I've been at Carpenter Oak a bit more than 2 years. Before this, I was blacksmithing but wanted to work for a more stable and well reputed company, and Carpenter Oak was the perfect fit. The best thing about working for Carpenter Oak is the people that work here, the company attracts interesting and varied people. The best job I have worked on has to be the Trebuchet for Warwick Castle - it was an amazing location to work and brilliant to see it being used in action.
