Deborah spent 10 years in executive admin roles in London (including the Financial Times) before relocating to Devon. Since then, she's worked predominantly in the eCommerce and Third Party fulfilment sector, in general management and HR roles.
She joined Carpenter Oak as she was attracted by the ethos of the company and the beautiful quality of the product and craftsmanship. Carpenter Oak are proud of what they do, and Debs enjoys being part of this.
Debs feels the best thing about working for Carpenter Oak is that they value their staff, and she enjoys the monthly BBQ breakfasts for all the team, as it brings everyone together.
