The Hearing Dogs for Deaf People charity wanted to build a new restaurant and gift shop that was deaf and dog friendly as well as being well designed and admired by supporters, visitors and neighbours.

The charity’s main contractor put out a tender which Carpenter Oak won. We were also recommended by the architects.
