Carpenter Oak
Brigitte Harvey has lived at her home in a South Hams village for 7 years. She wanted to build a new multi-functional space where an existing old, overgrown shed and greenhouse were.
Set on a barn style interior and knowing that exposed oak beams look better as they get older, Brigitte knew she wanted an oak frame for her extension from the start. It made sense for her to partner with Carpenter Oak having family who had worked with us on other projects and living locally to our Devon yard.
We worked with her on a 2-bay oak frame design with bi-fold glazed doors that would extend out from her garage and take the place of the unused shed and greenhouse.
