At Broad Down Cottage, Carpenter Oak crafted a stunning oak framed extension, seamlessly blending tradition with modern functionality. Designed as a vaulted two-bay space, this extension enhances the primary entertainment area, serving as a spacious kitchen and social hub.

Staying true to the traditional architectural language of the South Hams, the oak frame mirrors the existing structure, featuring common rafters and sarking boards for an authentic finish. Every detail was meticulously crafted, ensuring the extension harmonises with the original home while offering a refreshed, airy interior.
