At Broad Down Cottage, Carpenter Oak crafted two stunning oak framed extensions - a family room and a sitting room. Seamlessly blending tradition with modern functionality the extensions enhance the existing living areas, creating reception rooms and multi-generational social hubs.

Staying true to the traditional architectural language of the South Hams, the oak frames mirror the existing structure, featuring common rafters and sarking boards for an authentic finish. Every detail was meticulously crafted, ensuring the extension harmonises with the original home while offering a refreshed, airy interior.
