The home is built on a stunning elevated position on an organic farm, maximising the view north over the estuary and the rolling hills of Devon. It has been well-thought out and makes the most of its footprint with a space saving spiral staircase to the mezzanine 2nd-floor, and external verandas, which extend the living spaces onto the lovely paved areas outside.
