This new build home in South Devon has been finished with incredible attention to detail and benefits from an oak frame in the living room and kitchen, and a covered outdoor patio area.

There are seven trusses in the living room and three in the kitchen, forming a T shape, and one for the master bedroom also. The scissor truss chosen provides a sleek, contemporary feel to these spaces. The trusses sit on either masonry walls or on timber and glazed walls which are quite minimal in the room, and they are complemented with external oak posts.
