• Alternatively, we can put together a team to offer a package of the timber frame, SIPS, glazing and joinery which essentially leaves you with a watertight structure on site to be completed by you or your builder.

• We offer project management on smaller projects like cabins and outbuildings, or local projects, helping to arrange Planning Permission and Building Regulations approval, resulting in having one company to deal with, leaving you free to enjoy planning other aspects of your new build!
• Our Complete build service takes you from the design concept to handing you the keys with as much or as little involvement as you desire.
• Vicarage Hill is our new Custom Build site.  Carpenter Oak have teamed up with a property developer in Kingsteignton in Devon to offer five exclusive custom build plots.
