Joined Carpenter Oak: 2006
What is the best project you have worked on and why?
Howell in Bonn, Germany. Great frame, great client, great beer and great weather!
What music are you currently listening to in the workshop?
Flying Lotus, Until the Quiet Comes, very, very good!
Which three carpenters would be in your dream team?
Noah, Geppetto and Da Vinci. What a team!
After completing a degree in Film, I realised it wasn’t the area I wanted to work in. I was looking for a job that required both physical and mental skills and provided opportunities to create, make and play. A job that was real, I found it! I joined Carpenter Oak in 2006 and now work as a principle carpenter. My work has taken me to remote and beautiful parts of the British Isles and Europe and I take great pride in my carpentry. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my two children, making music and baking lots of bread.
