Marcia planned her self build oak frame home with her late husband. She opted for a barn style home combining an oak frame and softwood timber panels which ensured a traditional home with modern thermal performance. Carpenter Oak and Fleming Homes worked closely to include all of Marcia’s requests. The structural properties of the oak and softwood panels work together to support the interesting features of the home and provide structural integrity.
