You may have heard that the Local Authority Building Control (LABC) no longer covers green oak buildings in their structural building warranty. However there are numerous other suppliers that do cover green oak in their structural building warranty such as:

The LABC warranty does cover a Douglas fir frame, and existing green oak warranties with them are still valid.
