We are looking for a knowledgeable, motivated and experienced HR professional to join our team as HR Manager. Our people are at the heart of everything we do, so this will be a key role within the organisation.
You will create an HR infrastructure for the company and provide a full HR service for our managers and employees, as well as undertake work that will shape and develop employee engagement.
Working within a fast-paced organisation, you will be the go-to person for all things HR related, so exceptional communication and organisation skills are essential. You will very much be part of the team, but you should also be able to work autonomously on your own projects.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to ensure that our people are supported to achieve their full potential and to see that HR processes are up-to-date, fit for purpose, align with our values and support our people effectively.
This is a part-time role and we can offer real flexibility in how your working week is structured. We will work with the successful candidate to agree on a working pattern that suits us both.
