BiographyI completed my carpentry and joinery apprenticeship straight from school driven by an enthusiasm and aptitude for craft and design. During this time I helped assemble a new traditional style oak roof for a barn conversion with a local carpenter. It turned out he was in the first stages of starting up a small timber framing business with a partner, T&S Framing, who I eventually went on to work for (very nice guys).
Outside of work, I am a keen musician, playing both the guitar and alto sax. I then decided to take a break from carpentry and spent four years studying music in London and two years teaching guitar before returning to my trade and being offered a job at Carpenter Oak which is where life finds me now. I still play music in my spare time and I try and keep up the practice!
